Neuropsychological IME

Independent examination providing objective opinions on the nature, extent, and causation of cognitive impairment in civil litigation. Addresses traumatic brain injury, concussion, toxic exposure, and apportionment of cognitive deficits across multiple events.

Psychological IME

Independent examination providing objective opinions on psychological conditions alleged in civil litigation, including PTSD, major depression, anxiety disorders, and apportionment of pre-existing versus injury-related conditions.

Independent vocational opinion addressing the impact of injury or disability on an individual's capacity to work and earn in the competitive labor market. Integrates neuropsychological and medical findings with vocational analysis, labor market data, and wage loss methodology.
